Welcome Weekends terms and conditions

1. By purchasing a ticket to Welcome Weekend you agree that you may be contacted for marketing purposes after the event. You may opt out at any time.

2. Welcome Weekend tickets are valid only for the date stated on your ticket.

3. Welcome Weekend Entry tickets are not permitted to be refunded, sold or otherwise transferred. They may not be used for a competition or for other commercial purposes.

4. Welcome Weekend will take place as long as government guidelines are adhered to. Should these guidelines change and we cannot go ahead with the event, the event will be cancelled and ticket holders will be permitted to redeem their ticket/s for a visit another time before September 30 2022 or as determined by Wellington Zoo. You will receive an email with more information should this happen. Please also check Wellington Zoo social media for updates.

5. Welcome Weekend will go ahead in all weather conditions.
