Wellington Zoo returns to regular pricing from 1 July

After six weeks of welcoming visitors with free entry, thanks to the support of Wellington City Council, we will be returning to our regular pricing and ticketing system from Wednesday 1 July.

Animal talks will also resume from 1July.

All tickets are now fully booked for our free period.

From Wednesday, 1 July, pre-booking will no longer be required – you can pay and visit the Zoo on arrival whenever you like.

As an outdoor space we encourage you to come back and visit us at Wellington Zoo. As long as you are feeling healthy and well and are not in self-isolation, it’s a great chance to get outside and spend some time with friends, whānau and the amazing animals. We hope to see you soon!
