Zoo Crew Renewal Offer Terms and Conditions

• Only expired Zoo Crew members who have received our offer email are eligible for the promotion
• To claim a reward, participants must renew their Zoo Crew membership in person or by phone and show/ quote the Voucher Code at the time of renewal. The renewal must be processed by 11 April 2020 to claim any reward. 
• At time of renewal, participants will be asked to select one of three rewards:
  • An additional 3 months extension to their renewed Zoo Crew membership, for the months immediately following the paid-for period. This extension must be applied to the same membership number being renewed.
  • 20% off a Lemur Close Encounter. A Close Encounter discount voucher will be emailed to the provided email address and is valid for a Lemur Close Encounter for 1 or 2 participants booked within 3 months of voucher receipt. Discount not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • One Kea and one Little Blue Penguin keychain, to be collected from the Zoo Shop at time of renewal or within 3 months. This option is subject to availability.
