Back to Basics

The Seedlings range brings kids back to the simple pleasures in life.

With the spring weather now upon us there is no better time to get out in the garden with your Little Helper. The Seedlings junior gardener’s pack will not only give the children a fun, hands-on activity, but it also brings them closer to nature and provides invaluable learning experiences as they discover the joys of a healthy eco-system – plants, weeds, dirt and bugs!

I used to love "helping" my parents and exploring the garden when I was a child, and I would highly recommend this gift pack to people with children of all ages. Whether it’s pulling weeds or sewing seeds, gardening is a healthy way to give back to nature.

Book Review:

Where the Wild Things Are

By Maurice Sendak

Max is a young boy, who embarks on an adventurous journey made of his own imagination, creating a world of his own, and meeting many magical creatures on the way.

The illustrations in this book brings the story to life – it brings us into Max’s world, and then brings us back down to earth again.

This is a classic book. It’s a great story and a family favourite, that both children and adults alike will enjoy!
